The official launch of Breaking the Chain with Crystal J was a complete success. Words can not express my gratefulness. I have never in a million years dreamed of of public speaking yet alone teaching financial literacy. At this event, I explained the birth of Breaking the Chain with Crystal J and it shocked my audience when I told them that I never dreamed of doing this. It was two people in particular that spoke to me and told me that I was suppose to be doing something to help others and one of those young ladies, said “I really think you should start helping people with their finances because you have the knowledge and so many people around you are trying to figure out how you are doing it. It literally went into one ear and out the other. I didn’t think twice about it. A few months after that, another friend of mine that I haven’t seen in a while just randomly asked to do lunch and on the ride to the restaurant she said “Crystal what is your ultimate goal?” I didn’t understand what she was asking me. I asked her what do you mean because I have a career and life is already set out for me. She said no….and then started crying and said “God is speaking to me and telling me that you are suppose to be helping people with their finances.” A week or so after that is when it clicked and I started to reflect on my life and how I was in a position that none of my peers were in…. but why is that? After thinking long and hard I realized I had something that could help so many others and it is beyond the clouds from that moment on. God always has the ultimate plan and he will use you to fulfill your purpose. Let him use you!
